Pre-filter and preheat the ethanol-CBD extract mixture to 35–45°C for smooth feeding.
The mixture forms a uniform thin film on the inner wall of vertical heated tubes by gravity and precision distribution technology.
Operate under vacuum (–0.08 to –0.095 MPa) to lower ethanol boiling point to 40–60°C, with 2–5 seconds short residence time to avoid CBD degradation.
Ethanol vapor is condensed into pure liquid for direct reuse, with 90–95% single-pass recovery rate.
Concentrated CBD oil is discharged continuously, with adjustable concentration to meet subsequent processing needs.
