Working Principle 

  1. Feed Preparation: Raw liquid (juice, milk, wastewater, etc.) is pre-filtered and preheated to an optimal temperature (45–60°C) to ensure uniform flow and reduce viscosity.

  2. Film Formation: The liquid is distributed evenly across the inner walls of vertical heating tubes, forming a thin, falling film that maximizes heat transfer surface area.

  3. TVR Energy Recycling: The TVR system compresses the water vapor generated during evaporation, increasing its temperature and pressure. This recompressed vapor is then fed back into the heating jackets, serving as the primary heat source—eliminating the need for extensive external steam input.

  4. Efficient Concentration: Under vacuum conditions (typically -0.06 to -0.09 MPa), the liquid boils at low temperatures (50–75°C), ensuring gentle processing and minimal degradation of heat-sensitive components.
