Pre-treatment: Raw liquid (juice, milk, wastewater, chemical solution, etc.) is pre-filtered and preheated to the optimal temperature to reduce viscosity and ensure uniform feeding.
Film Formation: The preheated liquid is evenly distributed onto the inner walls of vertical heating tubes in the first effect, forming a thin falling film that maximizes heat transfer efficiency.
Double-effect Steam Recycling: The liquid boils under vacuum in the first effect, generating secondary steam. This secondary steam is then used as the heating source for the second effect, where the process repeats—the second effect operates at a lower pressure and temperature, reusing heat from the first stage.
Gentle Concentration: Operates under low vacuum (-0.05 to -0.095 MPa) and low temperature (45-80°C), with short residence time (2-8 seconds) to avoid product degradation, especially for heat-sensitive materials.
Continuous Discharge: Concentrated product is continuously discharged from the second (final) effect, with adjustable concentration ratios (1.5:1 to 12:1) to meet diverse application requirements. Condensed water from each effect is collected for recycling or safe discharge.
