Pre-filter and preheat the raw juice/milk to 45–60°C to ensure uniform feeding and reduce viscosity.
The preheated juice/milk forms a uniform thin film on the inner wall of vertical heated tubes through gravity and precision distribution device.
Operate under low vacuum (–0.06 to –0.085 MPa) to lower the boiling point of water to 50–70°C, with short residence time (3–8 seconds) to avoid nutrient degradation and color change.
The water vapor generated during concentration is condensed into pure water for recycling or discharge, realizing energy reuse.
The concentrated juice/milk is continuously discharged, and the concentration ratio can be adjusted (1.5:1 to 10:1) to meet different product requirements.
