Working Principle 

  1. Feed Preparation: The ethanol-containing feedstock (e.g., herbal extraction solvent, food flavoring solution, or chemical reaction liquor) is pre-filtered to remove suspended solids and impurities, preventing clogging of the heating tubes. It is then pumped into the vacuum evaporation chamber.

  2. Vacuum Environment Establishment: The vacuum system evacuates the evaporation chamber, creating a negative pressure environment (typically -0.08 to -0.095 MPa). This drastically lowers the boiling point of ethanol, enabling it to evaporate at temperatures as low as 40-70°C, far below its flammability threshold.

  3. Gentle Heating & Evaporation: The feed liquid is heated by a jacketed or tube heating system using low-pressure steam or hot water.
