1. Introduction:

The forced circulation evaporator relies on external power for circulation, and uses a forced circulation pump to force the solution through the heating tube at a speed of 2-5m/s in one direction for evaporation, concentration or crystallization.

The three-effect forced circulation evaporator is a combination of multi-effect evaporation process and forced circulation evaporation process.

The principle of the three-effect forced circulation evaporator is to use the three-effect circulation evaporator to use external power (forced circulation pump) to send the material in the mold (separator) into the heating chamber after heat exchange and heating, and then enter the mold, and cycle back and forth until crystallization occurs. The crystal slurry discharge outlet is located at the bottom of the crystallizer (the bottom of the crystallizer can be planned for panning function), and the material can be discharged when the set solid liquid value of the crystal slurry is reached.
