Working Principle 

  1. Preprocessing: Raw liquid (juice, milk, extract, chemical solution) is pre-filtered and preheated to 45–60°C to reduce viscosity and ensure uniform flow.

  2. First Effect Concentration: The liquid forms a thin film on vertical heating tubes, boiling under vacuum to generate secondary steam.

  3. Steam Recycling: Secondary steam from the first effect is used as the heat source for the second effect; steam from the second effect powers the third effect. Each effect operates at progressively lower pressure and temperature (-0.05 to -0.095 MPa).

  4. Gentle Processing: Low-temperature boiling (45–75°C) with short residence time (2–5 seconds) minimizes degradation of flavors, nutrients, and active compounds.

  5. Continuous Discharge: Concentrated product is continuously discharged from the third effect, with adjustable concentration ratios (2:1 to 12:1) to meet specific product specs.
