Equipment Component
| Falling film evaporator mainly consists of evaporator (heat exchanger), separator, preheater, condenser, condensate tank, circulation pump and other components. Main role as following: |
| 1. Evaporator (heat exchanger): heating and evaporation of liquid materials. |
| 2. Separator: the secondary steam generated after heating is separated from the concentrated liquid gas. |
| 3. Preheater: preheating the liquid material entering the steam; the secondary steam is cooled to facilitate recycling thereof. |
| 4. Condenser: the secondary steam is condensed to facilitate recycling. |
| 5. Condensate tank: through the connection with the pump at the exit, can automatically discharge the condensate in the tank. |
