Process Introduction


According to the process condition of the biomass slurry, the material properties and the structural characteristics of the three-effect evaporator, the design scheme is as follows. The external pressurized steam (raw steam) enters the outer side of the tube to heat and evaporate the material, and the material is heated to form a vapor-liquid mixture from the lower end of the tube to the outlet, into a split separator for vapor-liquid separation, and the secondary steam generated is separated. The secondary steam pipe at the upper end of the device enters the steam in the evaporator of the second effect body (outside of the column pipe), and the material sent from the centrifugal pump to the second-effect evaporator in the primary effect separator is subjected to secondary heating and evaporation, and the second effect evaporation In the device, the material is continuously evaporated and concentrated, and the generated secondary vapor-liquid mixture enters the second-effect separator to be separated from the vapor-liquid separation again, and the regenerated secondary steam enters the effect body of the third-effect evaporator from the secondary steam pipe at the upper end of the separator, and is heated. The material sent by the centrifugal pump in the second-effect separator is heated and evaporated three times, the material is again evaporated and concentrated, and the vapor-liquid mixture enters through the lower end of the column tube.
