We provide turnkey complete apple juice processing lines for both NFC fresh apple juice and concentrated apple juice production. The full line integrates fruit receiving, washing, sorting, crushing, cold pressing, enzymatic hydrolysis, filtration, homogenization, degassing, pasteurization, concentration and automatic filling systems.

Adopting food-grade stainless steel structure and fully automatic PLC control, our apple juice lines ensure high juice yield, excellent flavor, bright color and long shelf life, widely used in beverage factories, fruit processing plants and food enterprises.

9. Vacuum Degassing – prevent oxidation and browning

10. Pasteurization / Sterilization – UHT or low-temperature sterilization

11. Concentration Section (optional) – vacuum evaporator for concentrated juice
