The forced circulation evaporative crystallizer is a crystal slurry circulating continuous crystallizer. The forced circulation evaporating crystallizer is referred to as a FC type crystallizer, and is composed of a crystallization chamber, a circulation tube, a circulation pump, a heat exchanger, and the like.

The crystallization chamber has a conical bottom. After the crystal slurry is discharged from the bottom of the cone, it is sent to the heat exchanger through the circulating tube through the axial circulation circulating pump, and after being heated or cooled, it enters the crystallization chamber again, so that the circulation is endless, so the crystallizer It belongs to the crystal slurry circulation type. The slurry discharge port is located near the bottom of the crystal chamber cone, and the feed port is at a lower position below the discharge port.
The FC type crystallizer can be used for crystallization by an evaporation method, a partition wall cooling method, or a vacuum cooling method. Product size is in the range of 0.8~4mm


DTB (DTB= drafttube battle) is the word that guides the bucket and the baffle, so this type should be called the diversion bucket, the baffle type crystallizer. The DTB type crystallizer belongs to a typical crystal internal circulation crystallizer. In the mold set, the guide tube forms a circulation passage, and only a very low pressure head is required to achieve a good internal circulation in the apparatus. At the same time, the crystallization cycle zone and the fine grain deposition zone do not interfere with each other and are independent of each other. The DTB crystallizer features a specially designed paddle with adjustable speed.
The supersaturated DTB vacuum mold is produced on the liquid surface, and the circulating crystal slurry can quickly eliminate supersaturation. The DTB crystallizer has good performance, high production strength, and is not easy to be crusted in the equipment.


The Oslo-type evaporative crystallizer is also known as the Kristall crystallizer, a mother liquor circulating continuous crystallizer. The operated feed liquid is supplied to the circulation pipe, mixed with the circulating mother liquid in the pipe, and pumped to the heating chamber. The heated solution evaporates in the evaporation chamber and is supersaturated, passing through the central tube into the crystal fluidized bed below the evaporation chamber
